About
Harbor Pixel started as a group chat where a few of us kept swapping screenshots of tricky levels. At some point we realized we were writing better tips than half the pages we were reading, so we turned it into a proper site. Everything here comes from actual play sessions, not press kits.
We cover a bit of everything: role-playing games, racers, strategy builders, cozy simulators. A game makes it onto the site when at least two of us have spent real hours with it and have something useful to say. If we don't finish it, we don't pretend we did.
Nobody on the team is paid to say nice things. We buy or download the games ourselves and give them a fair shake, warts and all. When something is clunky, we write that down too.
The goal is simple: help you get unstuck and enjoy the games more. If a guide saves you twenty minutes of frustration, we did our job.
Mikael Brandt — Mikael has been covering mobile games for nine years and still plays on a cracked-screen phone out of stubbornness. He handles most of our RPG and strategy coverage.
